The Samanvay Intranet Portal is an internal business platform
provided by Kirloskar Chillers Private Limited (KCPL) for
authorized employees to access company applications,
information, reports and digital services.
1. Authorized Use
- Access is restricted to authorized KCPL employees and users.
- Users must use their own Employee ID and credentials.
- Sharing login credentials with another person is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for activities performed using their account.
2. Password & Account Security
- Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared.
- OTP, verification codes and authentication information must not be disclosed.
- Suspected credential compromise must be reported to the IT Team promptly.
- Users should change their password whenever required by applicable IT policy.
- Users should log out when accessing the portal from shared or unattended systems.
3. Acceptable Use
The portal shall be used only for legitimate business purposes. Users must not:
- Attempt to access information or applications without authorization.
- Modify, delete or manipulate data without appropriate authorization.
- Circumvent security controls or access restrictions.
- Upload malicious, unauthorized or inappropriate content.
- Use the portal for activities that may compromise company systems, information or reputation.
4. Data & Information Security
Users must protect confidential company information accessed through
Samanvay. Information obtained from the portal must not be copied,
distributed or shared externally unless appropriately authorized.
5. System Monitoring
KCPL IT may monitor system usage, access logs, security events and
other relevant activities for security, troubleshooting, audit and
compliance purposes.
6. Incident Reporting
Any suspected unauthorized access, security incident, data leakage,
suspicious activity or technical issue should be reported to the
KCPL IT Team promptly.
7. Access Rights
Portal access is provided based on the employee's role and business
requirements. KCPL may modify, suspend or revoke access based on
organizational, security or employment requirements.

9. Policy Acceptance
By accessing and using the Samanvay Intranet Portal, the user
acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to comply
with this policy and applicable KCPL IT and information-security policies.
